Hello, World

Hey, welcome!

This blog is dedicated to computer science, but before I start writing about it, let me introduce myself.

This is not the first time I write a post. I am not new to blogging though, I always had fun writing what's in my mind. Because I think this is a hobby, I guess I never ended up writing anything related to work, but I believe it is about time to change this. Last time I wrote a post was years ago, I don't know why I stopped writing blogs, probably in my mind I felt my creativity was needed elsewhere, but I missed these moments when time stops and I am by myself finding words to express my ideas.

I decided to start this new blog because my ex-manager was so excited about all the technology he was currently working and as an advice he told me I should study them, contribute, get to know and be a part of the open source community. I believe I am good developer, but I was wondering, how can I engage and become a part and be useful? I don't think picking code at random and then opening pull requests was the smartest thing to do, at least not right now. It feels like knocking on doors uninvited... But anyway, as most things in life, quality requires dedication. So I thought, well, why should I not have fun along the way? Then the idea of writing the process came along, so this new blog was born!

So I don't have any particular topics set in stone to publish here, I have a feeling that I will share some of my experience, write reviews about software and maybe do some tutorials. I may also write about theory, perhaps. What I had in mind was to start some projects on github and link the projects here, so it will be fun to get my hands on coding and then share good stories about them.
